While in Door County, visit the Maritime Museum if you are a boat lover like us. There is the coolest ship Captain simulation, where you can learn how to steer one of the massive ships through the canal. My son loves it. We spent the better half of the earlier part of this same day exploring the multi-floor museum in awe and wonder at all the spectacular boats, simulations, and history of the great lakes the museum brings to life.
